Wont work with my iPad

Customer service is terrible, there is no way to even reach the developers. This app just keeps saying "turn Bluetooth on" even though my Bluetooth is already on!! It says that it works with iPad so why wont it connect?? Please fix this issue or Ill be sending the bracelet back.
