This App would be okay if it stays connected I am just going to delete so it can stop draining my data and battery

The watch is great but the app is terrible. It says the watch is disconnected when in fact the watch is functioning great. All the reviews say the day the same, you think the developers would try and fix it.

Bluetooth doesnt stay connected!!!!

I love the bracelet but the app does not stay synced to the device and when I try and access the app my informations not right and I have to repair the device to the app everytime

Love the bracelet,like the app when it works. The app has only worked 1 day out of 4. My bracelet is connected to my phones Bluetooth. I get my text messages, phone call notifications etc, but the app does not connect to Bluetooth or recognize the braclet. Very frustrating. I will probably send my bracelet back and get one that has an app that will actually work. Come on Zeroner get you stuff together and working properly.

Wont connect to my i5 smart watch. It kept saying turn on bluetooth even if its on.

I dont think I have ever hated anything as much as I have hated this app. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It is truly, truly terrible. I decided to "turn off" notifications for phone calls, texts, etc. through this app. Or so I thought. While the app gives you the option to do so, it does not actually stop the notifications from appearing on your watch - rendering this part of the app completely useless. Even when I erased the app, I was STILL getting notifications to my watch. They only way to stop them from coming through was by turning off Bluetooth. Since you need the app in order for the watch to work, I am returning the watch as this app has caused far too much frustration. Its not worth it. Dont get the watch. Dont get the app. Save yourself hours of frustration and money. Just dont get it.

Getting repeated "unknown error" when trying to register the device. Frustrating. Then I read the reviews and saw someone else wrote the same thing. Lots of bad reviews. I got this free as a promotional device from a supplier. Oh well. The price was right. Will toss it out.

This is the worst app I have ever used. It doesnt pair and there is no way to reset the time. Do not bother to down load.

The app has potential, if my fitness band would stay connected with my phone. I dont even need to get distance between them and they disconnect. Simple fix if they got on it but my opinion is this isnt your app just yet. If they fix the connectivity bam good real good app

I cant seem to make an account. Ive redownloaded this app 3 times and it wont let me make a account.

This app is a piece of sh*t. Pretty pointless if you cant even register to use it. Constant "unknown error" and cannot get any farther than the registration screen. Essentially making the watch that goes with it useless.

Cant do anything. Keeps saying already registered, when Ive never ever register. Wont allow me to register. Very disappointed.

I have never been so disappointed and upset about a purchase. I bought the wristband which I have to use with this app and the app is not even letting me register. It says an account already exist and tried numerous passwords and different emails and it kept saying the same thing. Also, I tried putting Forgot Password and the button doesnt even work. I have never been so frustrated with an app until I downloaded this piece of nothing. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I wish I could. To the owner of this app, get another profession and quit your current one because you are just horrible at creating apps.

Registered my email but the stupid app wont even open for me to be able to pair my watch up to get started. Its just one error after another! If it doesnt work by tomorrow the watch will be going back in the mail and this app will be deleted. Not going to waste my time as well as my money.

I was able to sync it up but I let the charge die and when I recharged it I was unable to sync it again. Then I saw all these reviews. Then I went to app support. Nobodys home. Very sad. And I was telling someone how great it was... Well, maybe it will still count steps?

Waste of time. Device was free, good thing because I cannot get it to work, and the app provides no help. No Bluetooth linkup, cant set the time, nothing.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give it a try anyway. I love the smart bracelet and this app has so much potential it just needs some more work. As of right now I think theres a server problem as I cannot even register for the app. I really dont want to send my smart bracelet back over this :(

I cant even register in the app to do basic settings on the fitness tracker. Part of the appeal of a tracker is to monitor progress, cant do thAt! Terrible

I always wonder if companies read App Store reviews. Looking at this app and this company I think the answer is a resounding NO. Everyone is saying the exact same thing over the last 3+ months. I just got two of these watches and cant register (for all the reasons listed in the previous reviews) Now wonder if this company actually wants to make money?
