Please help, I just got my i5 Plus and it doesn't let me create an account to use it, I've tried doing it across a multitude of iOS devices over a whole day. It looks like the perfect watch, but it's useless right now

i am not able to register the account please help

No Update since 02/16! App works, but no Support of Health App.

The app is not working properly,while it is not permitting to register or not to retrieve password at all....Totally dissappointed....please do something as soon as possible

Cant expect too much for the price I guess. All I wanted was a glorified watch but dont even have that half the time. Unless its connected you dont even have that. When you CAN connect it to the app it works pretty good but heaven forbid it gets disconnected. It also wakes me up in sleep mode by turning on the screen. (Apparently I sleep with my hand near my face.) Ive had it for 2 weeks so I think Ive given it a fair chance. Hopefully updates will fix the connection problems!

I got the app and it sucked so I got an app called "getfit2.0" and it works great

Hello! Please update the app for normal working with i5 plus. Now this app cant change settings of bracelet with firmware higher then 2.0.1.0

Hello, developers! The application work not stable - sometimes it is no possible to synchronize bracelet and application. Also gestures work not stable in 70% of time. Why number of alarm clock is restricted by only 6 alarm clocks? Why it is no possible to switch off "smart alarm clock" - may be i want to wake up in current time, not in my "REM sleep"? You have good opportunity to make a good application. Dont stop the development!

Bought two smart bracelets for the kids and it required this app to function. However it will NOT let me go past the screen asking for a picture and birthdate. It wont accept any info I enter nor a profile pic. I cannot use the functions of the smart bracelet if this app is not functioning properly! The kids will be as disappointed or more than I am, with their gifts. Please fix all the bugs!!

My Fitbit would auto sync; this one doesnt even know when I am holding my phone.

The device is great, affordable and really useful. But the app needs a lot of improvement. I personally think there should be and option where you get the notifications on the devide only when your phone is locked or something similar, so you wont be getting all the texts in your smart watch. Also, whenever i get a text and it shows in the watch, its always missing the last letter. For example, if someone texts me and says "im here", ill show up as "im her"

The app doesnt connect to my device which is an Elite fit band. I paired it with my iPhone 6. It worked fine at first but now the app wont connect to my fit band so it wont store my info. My fit band works great. But the app is not performing like it should

Has anyone be able to complete this. Last step after input bday is to input nickname and icon. Keep getting error message. Help!!! Uggh

I really like the device but the app is terrible. There is no way to add up your weekly total. Once the week is over the bar graph is barely readable & theres no way of tracking progress. I understand the device itself is inexpensive but the app leaves much to be desired.

Almost every time I wake up and I check my sleep bar its not there.☹️ this has happened multiple times and I want it fixed also if I get out of the app I have to reconnect it to my Fitbit

Its a cool watch and app but its not letting me get the messages on it. And its always disconnected. It need a lot of help

The device will pair with my phone. However my device will not pair with this app. There is 0 customer service. None. Whatsoever. I google issue and it leads me nowhere. Im using the elegiant watch paired with Apple 6+. This app is hands down terrible. Doesnt work whatsoever.

Git my i5 plus in mail cost $20 and works amazing battery lasted 5 days on full charge. But app needs major improvement, it is constantly going unconnected and cant share with friends
